Glory:

First occurs in: Gen 31:1

Last occurrence: Rev 21:26

365 times the word “Glory” is mentioned in the Bible.

What is Glory?

(Heb. Kabod; Gr. doxa).

(1.) Abundance, wealth, treasure, and hence honor (Psa_49:12); glory (Gen_31:1; Mat_4:8; Rev_21:24, Rev_21:26).

(2.) Honor, dignity (1Ki_3:13; Heb_2:7 1Pe_1:24); of God (Psa_19:1; Psa_29:1); of the mind or heart (Gen_49:6; Psa_7:5; Act_2:46).

(3.) Splendor, brightness, majesty (Gen_45:13; Isa_4:5; Act_22:11; 2Co_3:7); of Jehovah (Isa_59:19; Isa_60:1; 2Th_1:9).

(4.) The glorious moral attributes, the infinite perfections of God (Isa_40:5; Act_7:2; Rom_1:23; Rom_9:23; Eph_1:12). Jesus is the “brightness of the Father's glory” (Heb_1:3; John_1:14; John_2:11).

(5.) The bliss of heaven (Rom_2:7, Rom_2:10; Rom_5:2; Rom_8:18; Heb_2:10; 1Pe_5:1, 1Pe_5:10).

(6.) "My glory" is my soul, man's noblest part; rather my tongue, as explained in Act_2:26. So Psa_30:12 margin; Psa_57:8; Psa_108:1. The tongue, as the soul's interpreter, is the glory of man above the brute, and the instrument of glorifying God, man's highest glory. David not only exults inwardly, but makes his "tongue" and "flesh" sharers of his joy.

What is Glory, again?

It is; Abundance, wealth, and treasure. Honor, dignity of God, of the mind or heart. It is, Splendor, brightness, majesty of Yah or Lord. The glorious moral attributes, the infinite perfections of God. Jesus is the “brightness of the Father's glory”. The bliss of heaven. "My glory" is my soul, man's noblest part; rather my tongue, as explained in Act_2:26.

What is Glory, really?

The Hebrew word for Glory is, Kabod.

Kabod means; Heavy, Honor: Something that is heavy in weight, wealth, abundance, importance or respect. [From: bk - from the stars as abundant]

The Glory of God has weight and substance. Our praises to Yah our Creator has mass, and weight, and shines bright in His presence.

Rev 5:11-14 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.

And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be to him that sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb for ever and ever.

And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that lives for ever and ever.

When we praise, worship and give Yah adoration, we are giving Him Glory, and that Glory has weight. That Glory has substance. That Glory has mass.

The Glory of Yah our Father Creator is abundance, is treasure, shines brighter than the sun and is joy. All having weight and mass.

Realize we live in several dimensions, and the spiritual dimension is more real than this world we live in right now. Heaven is real and has mass. Just as our souls have weight. When we worship and praise Yah, those praises have substance, they can be seen and felt by our Lord. Remember He inhabits our praises.

Psa 22:3 But you are holy, O you that inhabit the praises of Israel.

Glory to Yah in the highest.
