Holy Wonerment

A Song of Wah'li'si:

Then, lifting her hands, palms up, she spoke softly into the fire, “Breathe unto me love, breathe unto me life, breathe unto me desire, breathe unto me fire, breathe unto me life.”

Wah'li'si continued, “Blessed art Thou oh, Lord. Blessed and holy, blessed is He who sits on the throne with power and glory. Oh, a holy wonderment.”

Holy Wonderment,

A mystery, oh majesty.

Holy Wonderment,

A mighty King, the Prince of Peace.

Holy Wonderment,

The Rock did bleed, a Savior indeed,

Holy Wonderment.

The Timeless-One, our Mighty Creator God is Holy, and He is a Wonderment. He is Amazing!

The Creator of all, loves us. The God of the universe measures the heavens with the span of His hand (Isaiah 40:12). He is so big, and we are so very small and yet, He loves us, cherishes us, treasures us.

He is a BIG GOD with a soft heart for His creation.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

God didn't just love the world, He SO loved the world. The word “so” here, is emphasizing the great degree of love He has for the world. He is SO in love with His creation, with the human race, that He sent His only begotten Son to die for our sins. The Creator, that stretched out the heavens, that measures the universe with the span of His hand, stretched out His bruised and ripped-up arms on the cross and died for us, that we might live. What a Holy Wonderment.
